Public not admitted to dependency hearing unless it has direct and legitimate interest in case.

Blanket order allowing all members of the press access to dependency hearings is invalid as it conflicts with the explicit requirements of W&IC 346.

Press does not have constitutional right to access in juvenile dependency proceedings. Court has discretion to allow access, but may not include conditions which violate freedom of press.
