Where the juvenile court is terminating a probate guardianship per W&IC §728, the best interests of the minor finding need only be made by a preponderance of the evidence.

Juv. court need not comply with W&IC 388 before terminating GM's guardianship-under Prob.C 728, the guardianship may be terminated after reunification services are offered to guardian.
