Terrorist Threat Statute may be used to punish spouse who makes serious threats against other party or family.

Although D in TX and his long-abused cohabitant was in CA, there was substantial evidence D made a criminal threat against cohabitant which met the immediacy requirement of PC 422.

PC 422, prohibiting criminal threats, is sufficiently certain and definite to provide notice and prevent arbitrary enforcement, thereby withstanding a facial vagueness challenge.
