Court may order counseling in custody/visitation matters.

When someone subject to a conduct TRO is required to possess a firearm as a condition of employment, court shall order mandatory psychological evaluation prior to making exception to no possession rule.

Juvenile court, when terminating dependency, may issue order conditioning visitation on parent's participation in counseling; order not governed by FC 3190.

Parent may not be compelled to undergo psychotherapy as condition of visitation.

Court may not require psychotherapy as part of custody/visitation order.
