Determination of witness' competence to testify is within discretion of trial judge and questions of credibility are for trier of fact to resolve.

In determining whether witness competent to testify, court need only determine that witness understands duty to testify truthfully; witness need not hold religious beliefs or have detailed knowledge of oath.
