Prelim. injunction is not final adjudication of ultimate rights in controversy; final adjudication occurs after hearing on merits, at which time permanent (appealable) injunction may be entered.

Court order dismissing C/A for permanent injunctive relief not separately appealable, but may be reviewed on appeal from final judgment in case.

A preliminary mandatory injunction is rarely granted, and subject to stricter review on appeal.
