Quasi-community property defined.

Court may divide personal property, wherever located.

For property acquired elsewhere to be quasi-c/p, both parties must have moved to Cal. and sought to change marital status.

When parties have second marriage and dissolution, pension rights which accrued during first marriage not quasi-community property to be divided in second dissolution proceeding.

Quasi-c/p statute applies if both parties are domiciled in Cal. and either initiates proceeding to alter marital status.

C/P rules apply to out-of-state real property.
