Court may grant spousal support pending appeal.

Under Fam. Code §3600, trial court did not err in granting W's request for s/s and atty's fees while prior appeal pending and her default had not been set aside.

Temporary support pending appeal is normally in the same amount as granted at trial.

Court may award temporary support beyond what was ordered in judgment if payor appeals property aspects of judgment.
