Income of a supporting spouse's subsequent spouse or nonmarital partner shall not be considered when determining or modifying spousal support.
Court may not directly or indirectly consider subsequent spouse's or nonmarital partner's income in determining or modifying spousal support, however, their expenses must be equitably allocated.
Income of new spouse may not be considered in any s/s order.
Nonmarital partner's income must be considered in determining spousal support award to extent it reduces paying spouse's living expenses.
Court may not consider income of new spouse where there is a valid contract making it s/p of that spouse.
Court may consider income of paying spouse's new spouse in motion to modify spousal support.
Increased expenses associated with new mate may be considered in seeking modification.
