  • Income of a supporting spouse's subsequent spouse or nonmarital partner shall not be considered when determining or modifying spousal support.
  • Court may not directly or indirectly consider subsequent spouse's or nonmarital partner's income in determining or modifying spousal support, however, their expenses must be equitably allocated.
