Attys representing putative class members in separate cases did not merit disqualification where no attorney-client relationship had arisen and there was no actual conflict of interest.
Though scope of class counsel's duty determined by certif. order, counsel's obligations may extend beyond claims certified to related claims (arising out of same facts) that class members reasonably would expect to be asserted.
Class counsel's obligations to the class do not end with entry of judgment, but continue until all class issues are resolved, including enforcement of the judgment when necessary.
