Upon P’s filing election, any cause in which he agrees that arbitration award shall not exceed $50,000 as to him, shall be arbitrated.

On motion, ct. can remove case from judicial arb when amended pleading changes amount in controversy to exceed limit and case no longer amenable to arbitration.
