5 calendar day extension for notice by mail applies to notice of arbitration hearing.

Procedure for setting hearing; notice.

Arbitration administrator notifies parties of appointment.

No continuances beyond 90 days from date case assigned to arbitrator unless ct. orders on motion of any party.

Parties may stipulate to maximum amount of arbitrator's award.

Arbitrator must set and notify parties and administrator of date, time and place of hearing, hearing date must not be earlier than 30 days after date the arbitrator sends notice of hearing.

Remedy for failing to hold timely hearing following appointment is appointing new arbitrator, not disqualification.
