Clerk of juvenile court shall give notice of jurisdictional hearing to minor and parents or guardians.
Notice must adequately inform minor of nature of charge.
Specific allegation of degree of murder not required in petition as long as juvenile procedure provides minor with sufficient notice.
If minor detained, notice of hearing shall be served 5 days before hearing unless hearing set within 5 days, with at least 24 hours notice prior to time set for hearing.
