Sacramento juv. court exceeded its jurisdiction in dismissing W&IC 602 petition filed in S.F. because W&IC 782 does not allow for the receiving juv. court in a transfer-in for disposition to dismiss the transferring court's petition.
S.F. juvenile court erred in determining S.F. was not the proper court to hear motion to withdraw San Mateo plea after jurisdiction permanently transferred to S.F.
Although Tulare County erred in refusing to accept transfer of M's case, Yolo County did not lack jurisdiction to make CYA commitment; in any event, M waived issue by not objecting.
