W&IC 827(a)(1)(F) does not require DCFS attys to petition trial court to request access to unrelated juvenile files; they have general access to such files.
Although mother could inspect juvenile court files, she was not entitled to make copies w/out prior court order and juv. court did not abuse discretion in ordering her to return copies.
Juvenile court order denying mother's W&IC §827 petition for disclosure of court records was improper as it denied her access to documents needed to pursue an invasion of privacy claim.
Order prohibiting mother and stepfather from disseminating juvenile court records is valid and constitutional.
