Court ordered payment of W's fees from c/p prior to division does not result in unequal division per former Civil Code section 4800 (a).

Payment of W's fees by H does not result in unequal division per former Civil Code section 4800.

If one spouse has already paid fees from c/p, court can direct that other spouse receive an equal credit in order that ultimate c/p division be equal.

Parties may stipulate that court consider liability to respective attorneys as c/p obligations.

Court may order W's attorney, but not H's, be paid from c/p.
