Return of offender from CYA to committing adult court.

Trial court should have exercised independent judgment in reviewing Youthful Offender Parole Board decision to transfer inmate from CYA to court for resentencing.

Once CYA Parole Bd determines D not proper subject for CYA, court must sentence to prison or jail, and may not return D to CYA.
