Status of every child in dependency without removal status shall be reviewed at least every 6 months.

Juv. court erred in failing to hold evidentiary hearing on issues mother sought to raise at W&IC §364 hearing—no harmless error review as there was a void in the evidence created by the failure to have the contested hearing.

Where no evidence showed conditions that caused court to take jurisdiction of C still existed or would exist were jurisdiction terminated, W&IC §364(c) required court to terminate jurisdiction.
