As F’s psychological evaluation, ordered by court as condition of reunification, already completed at time of appeal, issue moot.

After it determines need for expert services, juvenile ct. has authority to delegate to DSS the actual selection of experts. Juvenile ct. itself not required to select the expert.

No due process denial in juvenile ct’s refusal to appoint psychologist of mother’s choice to examine minor after court-appointed, DSS-chosen expert examined minor.

Trial court exercised reasonable discretion in not allowing expert to make current re-evaluation of father for purposes of reunification and custody.
