Where SSA provided substantial evidence that conditions justifying initial assumption of jurisdiction no longer existed, juvenile ct. required under W&IC 364(c) to terminate jurisdiction.
As Cs opposed termination of dependency jurisdiction, they bore the burden of showing that conditions justifying initial assumption of jurisdiction still existed or were likely to exist if supervision were withdrawn.
Where no evidence showed conditions that caused court to take jurisdiction of C still existed or would exist were jurisdiction terminated, W&IC §364(c) required court to terminate jurisdiction.
