Mother's debt to county arising from son's involuntary juvenile detention is not a "domestic support obligation" excepted from discharge in bankruptcy.

Neither 11 USC 523(a)(5) nor (a)(15) applied to atty fees debtor owed to H's ex-W and her atty because the fee awards were not owed to or recoverable by “a spouse, former spouse or child of the debtor.”
