Court may bifurcate one or more issues to be tried separately before other issues.
Court may bifurcate one or more issues if it will simplify resolution of case.
If bifurcated appeal granted, trial of remaining issues and discovery may be stayed.
Judge conducting separate trial on individual issue may not issue a judgment on it unless otherwise authorized to do so.
