Contempt order against atty annulled where affidavit not filed, citation not served personally, minute order procedurally incorrect, and court improperly imposed multiple punishments for a single, continuing disobedience.

Service of postjudgment contempt action on attorney of record for party secreting self not permitted without reasonable efforts to give actual notice of action.

Personal service of OSC re contempt normally required to give court jurisdiction. Exceptions noted.
