In motorcycle/truck accident case, trial court did not err in excluding proffered expert witness testimony about normal reactions of motorcycle riders where D failed to make appropriate offer of proof.

No abuse of discretion in excluding testimony of D's lay witnesses as they could not counter the opinions of SVPA experts on the psych issue of whether D was likely to reoffend if released to community for treatment.
