5th Amend. does not prohibit govt. from introducing evidence from a court-ordered mental evaluation to rebut criminal D's presentation of expert testimony in support of a voluntary intoxication defense.

When the DA raises an inference of future dangerous conduct in prison as part of its case in aggravation, D may respond with expert testimony as to prison security and D's limited chances to inflict harm there.
