  • Cal. bound by support termination date stated in registered Ore. orders unless modified on motion and showing of changed circumstances.
  • Where no modification requested, reciprocal support order will not modify prior order unless reciprocal order reflects that issue of modification was raised and litigated.
  • Judgment in which child support is reserved does not act to limit welfare reimbursement order (as would prior child support order in a specific amount).
