RURESA does not permit award of attorney fee orders, unless party not acting in good faith.

No fees may be granted for registration of child support judgment in county per former Code Civ. Proc. sec. 1697.

Attorney's fees may be awarded in connection with CS modification motions brought under CA law after foreign support order registered per URESA.

There is no filing fee for RURESA actions, but obligor may be forced to pay costs.
