Normal time limits apply to appeal from default judgment.
Neither clerk's entry of default nor order denying motion to set aside clerk's entry of default, is appealable.
Well pleaded complaint doctrine does not apply in action collaterally attacking default judgment and complaint provided sufficient notice of damages sought.
Default judgment reviewable on appeal as any other civil judgment. That defendant defaulted in trial ct. does not bar right to appeal judgment entered.
Collateral attack on default judgment upheld only if judgment void on face of appellate record.
